By accessing https://aivorameta.com or creating an account for Aivora Meta, you agree to these Terms of Service with Aivora Meta LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Aivora Meta provides generative engine optimization tools including website crawling, AI prompt benchmarking, citation analysis, issue diagnosis, and related reporting features. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You may only crawl websites you own or have authorization to analyze.
• You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or resell access without permission.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and organization.

4. Credits and billing

Premium features require purchased credits unless otherwise stated. Credit purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. Pricing is listed on our pricing page. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their terms.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your website content and data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers

AI engine outputs and GEO scores are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific citation outcomes, search rankings, or revenue results. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aivora Meta LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
